1. What Flower is
Flower is a mobile app from HumanUse LLC designed to help girls, also called Bloomers in the app, understand their cycles, check in with their feelings, write private Reflections, read Blossom articles, and receive optional support from a connected trusted grown-up.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Flower may collect, how it may be used, and the choices available to users and trusted grown-ups.
2. Information users provide
Flower may collect information that users choose to provide in the app, such as:
- Account information, including name or display name, email address, sign-in provider, and account role.
- Bloomer profile information, such as display name and connected trusted-grown-up relationships.
- Cycle tracking entries, including dates or notes a user chooses to save.
- Vibe check-ins and mood-related selections.
- Private Reflection entries created by the user.
- Blossom article interactions, such as reactions, saved posts, Petals participation, and related activity.
- Support requests, feedback, or messages sent to HumanUse LLC.
3. Account information
Flower uses account information to create and manage accounts, support sign-in, connect the correct app experience to each user, and keep app data associated with the right account. Users may sign in using supported authentication options made available in the app.
4. Cycle, Vibe, Reflection, and Blossom data
Flower stores personal app activity so the app can provide its core features. This may include cycle tracking, Vibe check-ins, private Reflections, Blossom reading activity, reactions, saved Blossom posts, and Petals participation.
Flower does not promise that cycle information will be exact or that future cycles will be predicted with certainty. Cycle tracking features are intended for personal organization and reflection, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
5. Connected trusted-grown-up and Bloomer relationships
Flower may allow a Bloomer account to connect with a trusted grown-up account. This connection can support family or caregiver features, including multi-Bloomer support, membership sharing, and connected support features.
Where Reflection sharing is available, it is optional and controlled by the Bloomer where applicable. Private Reflections are not automatically shared simply because a trusted-grown-up connection exists.
6. Flower Membership, payments, and RevenueCat
Flower Membership may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. Payments, billing details, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their terms and account settings.
Flower may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, trial access, purchase validation, and membership entitlements. HumanUse LLC does not receive full payment card information from Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
7. Analytics and service providers
Flower may use trusted service providers to operate, improve, secure, and support the app. These may include cloud hosting, authentication, database services, crash reporting, analytics, subscription management, and customer support tools.
Analytics, if used, are intended to help HumanUse LLC understand app performance, feature usage, and reliability. We aim to use this information in a limited and practical way to improve Flower.
8. Children, minors, and trusted-grown-up involvement
Flower is designed for younger users and their trusted grown-ups. Because the audience may include minors, we try to keep the app experience clear, age-aware, and privacy-conscious.
Trusted grown-ups are responsible for deciding whether Flower is appropriate for their family, helping younger users understand how to use the app, and reviewing applicable account, device, app store, and subscription settings.
9. How information is used
HumanUse LLC may use Flower information to:
- Provide and maintain the Flower app.
- Save user progress, entries, preferences, and app activity.
- Support connected trusted-grown-up and Bloomer features.
- Manage Flower Membership access and subscription entitlements.
- Improve app quality, safety, design, and reliability.
- Respond to support requests.
- Protect Flower, users, and HumanUse LLC from misuse or technical issues.
10. Data security
HumanUse LLC uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Flower data. No app, website, or online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect user information and reduce unnecessary access.
11. Account deletion
Users may request or use available in-app options to delete their Flower account. Account deletion may remove or disable access to account data associated with the user, subject to technical, legal, billing, security, or backup limitations.
Deleting the app from a device does not always cancel a paid subscription. Subscription cancellation must be handled through the applicable App Store or Google Play account settings.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
HumanUse LLC may update this Privacy Policy as Flower changes. When we update it, we will revise the last updated date above. Continued use of Flower after updates means the updated policy applies.
