Flower Terms of Use

Last updated: June 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Flower mobile app and related services provided by HumanUse LLC. By creating an account, using Flower, or allowing a minor in your care to use Flower, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Flower.

2. What Flower provides

Flower is designed to help Bloomers and trusted grown-ups with cycle tracking, Vibe check-ins, private Reflections, Blossom articles, optional connected support, and optional Flower Membership features.

Free areas of Flower may include Vibe, Blossom reading, cycle tracking, and private Reflections. Flower Membership may unlock additional features such as Blossom reactions, Petals participation, saving Blossom posts, connected support features, reflection sharing or viewing where enabled, multi-Bloomer or family support, and future premium tools.

3. Not medical advice

Flower is for personal reflection, organization, education, and support. Flower is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Cycle tracking information is not guaranteed to be exact. Flower should not be used as a substitute for guidance from a qualified medical professional, trusted caregiver, or appropriate support person.

4. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for using Flower in a respectful and appropriate way. Users agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to them, interfere with the service, or use Flower in a way that could harm other users or HumanUse LLC.

Users are also responsible for keeping account sign-in information secure and for reviewing entries before saving or sharing them.

5. Trusted-grown-up responsibilities

Flower may be used by minors. Trusted grown-ups are responsible for deciding whether Flower is appropriate for the Bloomer in their care, helping them understand how the app works, and supervising account, device, app store, subscription, and privacy settings as needed.

Connected support features are intended to encourage healthy support and communication. Reflection sharing, where available, is optional and controlled by the Bloomer where applicable.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and free trials

Flower Membership may be available as an optional paid subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. If Flower offers a 2-month free trial, the trial terms will be shown in the app store purchase flow or paywall before purchase confirmation.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Apple or Google through the user’s App Store or Google Play account. HumanUse LLC does not process full payment card details directly.

Unless cancelled before the end of a trial or billing period, a subscription may renew according to the terms shown at purchase. Cancellation must be handled through the user’s App Store or Google Play account settings.

7. RevenueCat

Flower may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, trial access, purchase validation, and premium feature access. RevenueCat does not replace the billing terms provided by Apple or Google.

8. User content and Reflections

Users may create content in Flower, including Reflections, check-ins, notes, reactions, saved posts, and related app activity. Users remain responsible for the content they choose to enter into Flower.

Private Reflections are intended to be private by default unless a sharing feature is available and the Bloomer chooses to share where applicable. HumanUse LLC may need to store and process user content to operate the app, support account features, and maintain the service.

9. Privacy

Flower’s Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected. Please review the Flower Privacy Policy before using the app.

10. Service changes

HumanUse LLC may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of Flower over time. Features may change as the app grows, including free features, premium features, connected support tools, content, and subscription offerings.

11. Availability and errors

HumanUse LLC works to keep Flower reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Some features may depend on internet access, device settings, app store services, cloud services, or third-party providers.

12. Ending use of Flower

Users may stop using Flower at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Paid subscriptions must be cancelled through App Store or Google Play account settings.

HumanUse LLC may suspend or limit access if an account is misused, creates risk for the service, or violates these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

HumanUse LLC may update these Terms as Flower changes. When we update them, we will revise the last updated date above. Continued use of Flower after updates means the updated Terms apply.
