A gentle place to grow.

Every stage of life comes with a lot. Flower gives girls and women of every age a calm place to understand their cycle, notice how they feel, write things down, and learn at their own pace. Younger users can connect with a trusted grown-up for extra support.

Made for real life

Everyday feelings deserve a softer place to land.

A new cycle. A hard day with friends. A feeling you can't quite name yet. Flower brings the everyday parts of growing up, and everything after, together in one calm space, without charts that feel clinical or noise that feels overwhelming.

In the app, the person Flower supports is called a Bloomer. Grown-ups who connect get a private space of their own, with their own cycle, too.

Understand, don't just track.

Cycle estimates come with plain-language context, like how confident an estimate is and why.

Notice without judgment.

Checking in is quick, and there's no right or wrong way to feel.

Learn from a voice you can trust.

Thoughtful articles that meet you where you are.

Inside Flower

Four spaces, one gentle rhythm.

Each part of Flower does one thing well. Use one, or all four. There's no pressure to do everything every day.

Cycle

Your cycle, explained gently.

Log when your period starts and ends. Over time, Flower offers estimates so the next one feels less like a surprise. It's honest about how sure it is, too.

  • A clear monthly calendar with recorded and estimated days
  • Estimates that get better as you log more
  • A short daily Whisper to start the day kindly

Vibe

Name how you feel.

Vibe is a quick check-in. Choose one feeling or a few, from happy and proud to tired, anxious, or overwhelmed. Over time, you can start to notice your own patterns.

  • Check in as often or as rarely as you like
  • Every feeling is allowed, including “meh”
The Vibe screen asks “How do you feel right now?” with feeling choices like Happy, Calm, Tired, Anxious, and Overwhelmed.
Reflections

A private place to write.

Reflections is space for whatever is on your mind, whether that's one sentence or a whole page. What you write is yours. If you're connected with a trusted grown-up, you decide whether to share a reflection.

  • Private by default
  • Sharing is your choice, one reflection at a time

Blossom

Real topics, kind answers.

Blossom is Flower's library of articles about your body, feelings, friendships, growing up, confidence, and the everyday stuff that's hard to ask about. Browse in any order and save the ones that matter to you.

  • Written in a warm, thoughtful voice
  • New articles added over time

Meet Blossom

A guide who's been there.

Blossom is the voice behind Flower's articles. Think of her as a trusted friend who's been there: warm, calm, and honest. She explains things clearly, never talks down, and knows that everyone grows on their own timeline.

With care, Blossom

Grow with Flower

A welcome that takes its time.

Flower begins with Start Here, a 20-part welcome series from Blossom. It unfolds gradually, so each topic has room to settle in.

How Start Here works

  1. The series begins when you start it, not on a set calendar date.
  2. A new post unlocks about every two days, so it never feels like homework.
  3. Posts stay available, so you can come back to anything you need.

A few of the topics

  • Growing Looks Different on Everyone
  • The First Year Can Be Unpredictable
  • There Is No One Right Way to Have a Period

After Start Here, Blossom keeps going, with new articles on feelings, friendships, confidence, and everyday life.

What trusted grown-ups see first
For parents & trusted grown-ups

Support that respects trust.

A parent, guardian, or other trusted grown-up can connect with a Bloomer in Flower. The connection is built for encouragement, not for watching over every moment.

  • Separate spacesEach of you has your own space in the app, including your own cycle. Connecting doesn't merge them.
  • Reflections are shared by choiceA Bloomer's Reflections aren't shared just because you're connected. She chooses what to share, and can stop sharing anytime.
  • A supportive viewConnected grown-ups get a read-only view of cycle updates and can leave a short, kind note on a reflection she has shared.
Designed with care

Calm on purpose.

Every screen in Flower is designed to feel quiet, clear, and kind. Here's what guides the way we build it.

Calm, not busy

Soft layouts, gentle prompts, and no pressure to check in every day.

For every stage

Gentle for younger users and relevant at any age. Never childish, never clinical.

Privacy-conscious

Personal writing stays private unless you decide to share. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Not a social network

Flower is a personal space, not a place to perform or compare.

A note on what Flower is not. Flower isn't a medical service, diagnostic tool, or crisis service, and it doesn't replace professional care. Cycle estimates are for personal awareness, not diagnosis. If something doesn't feel right, talk with a doctor or a trusted adult. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
